Northern Ireland

Orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day unless it contains ‘out of stock’ products. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and before 2.30pm on Sunday's will be dispatched on the Monday.

Next day delivery available on orders placed in Northern Ireland before 2.30pm, with orders placed after 2.30pm delivered the following day (Monday to Friday).

City Air is our courier service for all Northern Ireland addresses and operate Monday to Friday. City Air aim to deliver orders within 48 working hours of dispatch and can deliver up to 7pm.

United Kingdom

Orders to the UK are shipped 1st Class via Royal Mail Signed For. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, however, this is not guaranteed. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery via this service.

International

We offer International Tracked and European Tracked services. Delivery times on these vary depending on destination. Please allow additional time for delivery as some cases my encounter customs.

Any European parcels may have added import charges upon arrival depending on the regulations for that country.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before dispatch. Dispatch takes place at 2pm each working day Monday to Friday.

Please note: most orders are dispatched the same day so please contact us on 028 9560 7313 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If it’s already been dispatched, please follow our returns policy.

Returns Policy

Ziggicig have a Money Back Guarantee so that goods can be returned within 14 working days of receipt for exchange or refund. We offer the same guarantee whether a customer is in the high street shop or the online shop.

The following conditions must be met:

1. Goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt.

2. Goods must be in original packaging

3. Goods must be in original condition

4. Goods must be accompanied with a completed Ziggicig Returns Form

5. Return to:
